Terms of Service
Please make sure you read all terms of service before commissioning me.
Prices & Types of commissions
➤One colored full body Chibi character: $40
➤One colored Chest up character: $58
➤One colored Half-body character: $80
➤One colored Full body character: $95+100% extra is charged for extra character.
+$5 per extra facial expression.
+$5 or more extra amount could be charged for a simple background, highly detailed outfits, long detailed hairstyle and props.↳Canvas size:⤍Full body / Half body: A-4 300dpi (2480 x 3507 pixels). It can be adjusted to your preference as long as it does not exceed 5000x5000 pixels.⤍Chest up / Chibi: 3000 x 3000 pixels (300dp). It can be adjusted to your preference as long as it does not exceed 5000x5000 pixels.
(You should keep in mind that if the character is very detailed, certain details will be simplified for Chibi style.)￫￫￫ ALL PRICES ARE IN USD ￩￩￩
Work Process:
Once the payment is made, I will send you 2 or 3 simple sketches when I have them ready. This step is just to decide the pose of the character.
Once the pose is decided, I will proceed to send you a more detailed sketch with different types of lighting. You must request all the necessary corrections that you feel necessary. Only 2 correction sessions are accepted at this point. If you ask for a third or more correction sessions, $5 per extra session will be charged.
With the sketch already approved by you, I will send you the lineart ready and painted with flat colors. You must request all the necessary color corrections that you want. Only 2 correction sessions are accepted at this point ($5 per extra session will be charged.)
Finished product is delivered and no more corrections allowed.
PORTFOLIO
As you can see, I do not draw backgrounds that are too detailed like: cities, buildings, leafy forests, house interiors.
Commission rules
I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason.
My artist signature will be discreetly placed on the final illustration.
The use of my art for profit is PROHIBITED. But if you want my art for a for-profit project (visual novel, game, book cover, others) you must let me know in advance so I will not put my signature on the final product. (The details of the extra charge for my copyright and working time will be discussed by email)
1 slot = 1 art piece. If you want to ask for more than one art commission, you can do it if there is more than 1 slot available.
Completion time may vary between 1 week to 10 weeks per commission, starting from when you make the payment. (This depends on the type of commission and the amount of work that I have. If I need more time to finish your order I will contact you.)
I may use your commission for Art live streamings and post the art pieces in my personal portfolio and social media, UNLESS you ask me not to do it.
The final product is a JPG or PNG digital image. The program file is NOT delivered.
Feel free to ask for progress of your order, but don't rush me please.
The final product will be delivered to your email preferably, but you can choose other options (Google Drive for example.)

Payment
⪼ I only accept PayPal. Do not make the payment before I accept your commission.⪼ First, you must send me an email indicating the following:
‣Your name or Nickname
‣Character/s name and visual references (I do NOT open links)
‣Commision type: (Full Body, Half Body, Chest up, Chibi or combinations)
‣Canvas size: if you are satisfied with the default size or want to adjust it to your preference.
‣Background: Transparent (without background) or simple background.
‣References for illustration: (poses, facial expressions, type of lighting or color palette for the background, etc)
‣Your Paypal email:⪼ I will evaluate your request and reply your email along with the total price. If the final price does not suit for you, you are free to cancel the order.⪼ If the final price is for your satisfaction, I will send you the bill to your Paypal account so that you can make the payment. You must pay 100% of the total price before I start working on your commission. You have 48 hours to make the payment, otherwise your order will be canceled.⪼ Refunds:
Only 50% of the total price will be refunded if you decide to cancel your order before I start working on the Lineart. And Paypal extra charge is not included.
There will be no refund if I am already working on the Lineart.
